We have studied carbon nanotubes, graphene, field electron emission devices, and cold cathode X-ray sources over 25 years.

     Especially, we have focused on electron emitters and cold cathode X-ray tubes based on carbon nanotubes and graphene.

     For the better life of mankind, we are studying cold cathode X-ray tubes and next-generation X-ray systems for portable and mobile medical X-ray system applications.
